We can not promise a delivery before Christmas anymore. However, your parcel will be dispatched as soon as possible and might arrive between the holidays if ordered now. If ordered between the holidays it will likely arrive in the new year.

Do you deliver overseas?

At the moment we can’t offer delivery overseas from the US. However, we also operate in the United Kingdom and Europe. Do get in touch though and we’ll see if we can work something out!

Returns

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day free returns window.

  • Step 1: Call us or write an email to hello@noahsbox.com
  • Step 2: We send you the returns label
  • Step 3: Pack everything into a box large enough for the pack
  • Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. In addition, we are unable to refund any extra delivery fees that have been paid.

Because of the complexity of the returns process it is not possible to return partial orders at this time and we can only accept entire orders to be returned (exception for faulty or damaged items).


Refunds

 

  • Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 3 days of us receiving your returned items.
  • If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.
  • Paypal can take up to 2 working days
  • If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.
