If you are having problems placing an order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email or live-chat, and we can create a customised order for you. Through this method, you will receive an email with a Link that has everything already filled out for you and you only have to enter your payment details on our secure and encrypted payment page.

There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!

We will refund you 100% of the price as long as the items have been unused (taking them out of the Box to inspect them is obviously fine!).

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 10 days of us receiving your returned items.

If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.

Paypal can take up to 2 working days

If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.
